Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

AI-Generated Content Standards

Music3AI generates audio with artificial intelligence. AI output may contain errors, artifacts, or unintended similarities, and it is not reviewed or endorsed by a human before delivery. You are responsible for reviewing every output and confirming that your prompts, uploaded material, and intended use are lawful and that you have all necessary rights and permissions.

You must not use Music3AI to create, request, upload, publish, or distribute:

• Sexual, pornographic, or other NSFW content.
• Graphic violence, gore, threats, or content that promotes physical harm.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content that attacks people based on a protected characteristic.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children.
• Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, voice cloning, or other content presented as an identifiable person without authorization.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property or personal rights.
• Fraud, scams, malware, illegal instructions, or content intended to facilitate unlawful activity.

Moderation, Reports, and Enforcement

Generation providers may automatically refuse requests under their own safety controls. We also review reports and available account, prompt, and generation records when we reasonably suspect a violation. These controls cannot guarantee that every harmful request or output will be detected.

Report suspected prohibited content or rights violations to [email protected] with the relevant account, generation, or public URL information. Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal data.

Depending on severity and applicable law, we may reject a request, restrict access to an output, suspend or terminate an account, revoke access to unused service credits associated with abuse, preserve relevant evidence, or notify affected providers or competent authorities. We may act without advance notice when needed to protect users, rights holders, the service, or the public.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected product. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
